Perfect Transaction In Only Four Days
We can't say enough great things about our experience with Jay over the last year! When we first started
thinking about selling our home a few of years ago, we started noticing several real estate signs in the
neighborhood with Jay's name on them. His listings seemed to sell very quickly. We then started going to his
open houses and were very impressed with his presentation and handout literature. At one of these open houses,
we made appointment to meet with Jay to get an estimate on the price of our home and have him help us get
ready for the sale. He showed up with a well-organized binder full of great information about comps in the area,
flyers from other sales, a sample calendar showing the typical timeline, and seller net sheets at various sales
prices - very impressive!
He talked us through the whole process and suggested that we meet with Diane, the designer/home stager he
works with, to get some ideas on how to make our house and yard more attractive and thus sell faster at a good
price. The appointment with Diane, which Jay coordinated, was very thorough and also very impressive. With
her recommendations, both she and Jay gave us a list of professionals that could help us with the suggested
upgrades. Over the course of several months, we incorporated most of the recommended changes using the
people they suggested. Whether it was Kevin, the handyman, Mr. Sin, the painter, or Altero, the gardener, we
were extremely happy with the high quality and timeliness of their work. Jay also had all the various inspectors
come in to make sure there would be no unwanted surprises. The house and yard looked fantastic when
everything was done!!! When the house was staged, just before the pictures and open house, it looked like a
model home! Jay's photographer used a drone to take pictures of the lot and house exterior - wow! Needless to
say, our house sold for well over the asking price, in about a week, with multiple offers coming in. Great job,
Jay!!!
The story doesn't end there. Jay also set us up with a realtor in Mendocino, who showed us a beautiful ocean
view acre lot that wasn't even on the market at the time. We ended up buying that lot for a great price and now
we're putting plans together to build our dream retirement home. It's still not over. Jay also set up appointments
with some realtors in Florida to help us select one for the marketing of some family acreage we're trying to sell
down there. If you need a realtor, Jay Dyer is the best!!! We are so grateful for everything he's done for us.
